When external change exceeds the speed of internal change, we will gradually die-we should always have such a sense of crisis. What kind of person needs training? The answer is: everyone needs training. Because enterprises cannot stay in place, enterprises need to develop and will always need talents. So, are you a talent? The talent of ten years ago is no longer applicable to today, because the environment is changing, the market is changing, the customer demand is changing, the management mode is changing......

Personally, I think effective training can make enterprises keep pace with the times or avoid detours.
