At the end of July, the new factory building built by the company at No. 388 Ningfeng North Road, Changhe Town Industrial Park was settled in the original factory 1, 4 and 5 as planned, namely the four-way valve coil, expansion valve coil and new product coil. The manufacturing of Wanjia's leading product "solenoid valve coil" is centralized here, and the "coil division" is officially established.

The relocation plan was finalized in the company's senior management meeting: construction, relocation and production.

In order to ensure the matching of production auxiliary facilities, the company's equipment technicians began the erection of production water, electricity and gas just after the completion of the main project of the plant. Everyone works with construction workers on the construction site every day to lay lines, bury cables and frame pipelines. In the busy and well-organized construction, an atmosphere of full preparation for war arises spontaneously.

Before the relocation, the first thing to do is to clean up the environment in all areas of the plant, and the company will transfer a number of employees from each workshop to clean and wipe the inside and outside of the new plant around the clock. Everyone sweats in the dust and paint every day, and the company also provides free meals for these people every day.

Unfortunately, there was a typhoon in the process of relocation, and the employees of other departments basically had a holiday, but the personnel involved in the relocation work were still going all out in the strong storm and rain. Workshop staff are moving the main force: lifting equipment, moving equipment, carrying tooling... It is like a group of loading and unloading workers. Several drivers of the company are going back and forth day and night, with hot summer and rain or shine. Some of the company's logistics staff also worked tirelessly. After completing their jobs, they also actively devoted themselves to the work of loading and unloading goods and cleaning......

In the past month, the relocation task has been basically completed. During this period, there was no impact on production, no safety accidents and no personnel disputes. Moving "good" with one heart and one mind is the most appropriate description of this relocation task!

Now, all departments have been put into production normally, and the traditional assembly line operation has been replaced by a more efficient lean line. With the cooperation of various departments and the efforts of all employees, a new factory with more reasonable layout, more standard operation and more improved environment will be presented to everyone.
