Perfect Review of the First Wanjia "Quality Month" Activity

With the theme of "character determines product, product reflects character", the three-month "quality month" activity ended perfectly on August 30 under the organization of general manager office and quality department of the company, with the full cooperation of all branches of the company and the unremitting efforts of all employees. Through the development of this activity, the company has generally formed a consensus that "quality is the first life of the enterprise", which greatly improves the consciousness and effectiveness of the practice and application of quality awareness of all employees. To promote the quality supervision of the company's products in the process, circulation, warehousing, logistics and other links to be further strengthened and implemented, the company's quality control work has really made a qualitative leap and improvement.

This activity starts from five aspects: "deepening process discipline inspection", "standardized management of inspection tools", "improvement of product qualification rate", "quality culture publicity" and "quality report expert.

 

 

Deepen the process discipline inspection

In this activity, each branch factory realized the effectiveness and importance of deepening the implementation of process discipline, popularized process discipline education, carried out effective and continuous process discipline inspection activities and rectified unreasonable problems to ensure product quality and safe and civilized production. Through this activity, our company currently has 77% of skilled employees, 71% of inspection and execution, and 48% of process discipline rectification completion rate. This is a set of data to be improved! We still have a lot of room, managers still need to strengthen the control of the process!

 

 

Standardized Management of Gages

In order to strengthen the management of the company's gauge, improve and implement the gauge configuration of relevant positions to ensure that the gauge configuration is in place; strengthen the standardized management and effective management of gauge, and improve the inspection level of employees. This activity has made detailed arrangements and arrangements for the work in this area. Each department first sorts out, classifies and counts all commonly used and not commonly used self-made inspection tools, then each branch factory checks and rectifies them by itself, and then the quality department checks and verifies them. through this activity, the factory department's self-made inspection has standardized control.

 

 

Quality Culture Publicity

In order to let each operator know, understand and master the product knowledge and operation common sense, they can be followed in their work. During the activity, the number of training is as many as 26 times. The company adopts comic publicity, knowledge contest and other ways to instill quality awareness and broaden everyone's quality vision. In order to let the factory management personnel know, understand and master the basic knowledge of quality management, and use it proudly in the work. The company specially invited Lin Ruiyuan, a teacher from Taiwan Jianfeng Group, to teach the management personnel in our company, so that the management personnel have a more correct understanding of quality.

 

 

Quality Report Expert

The purpose of this activity is to guide employees to communicate and learn about writing quality reports, improve the ability of background investigation, cause analysis, formulation of countermeasures, implementation of countermeasures, effect verification, standardization and other aspects of writing quality reports, and improve the quality of writing reports. A total of 27 on-site managers of the company participated in the preparation of the 8D report, and their opinions on the analyzed problems were more accurate, the plan was more reasonable, and the measures were more specific. The five outstanding reporter in this activity are (from left) Han Junxia, Zhang Peiquan, He Li, Ye Tingting and Yang Li.

At the closing ceremony of the activity, the factory director of the branch factory published the results of the quality month. This is the first time that Wanjia has used the method of "results publication" to summarize its work. Our managers have taken another big step forward! All activities, the total will be born champion. All the staff of the stamping plant, in a serious and united attitude, won the "Champion Award" of this quality month with a good result of ranking first in comprehensive points ".
