The change of the sun and the moon, the change of the stars, thirty years in a flash. From a family workshop to today's industry rookie, along the way, there are ups and downs, there are hardships. The ups and downs in it have gradually been covered by the years. Today, on the occasion of the company's thirty years of entrepreneurship, I once again opened the memory that has been dusty for many years and walked into that ordinary but unforgettable experience.

Father and son concentric home and industry

I am a native of Changhe. After graduating from Senior high school in 1978, I joined the field work of the production team. For two full years, I have tasted all kinds of hardships in farming under the scorching sun and the wind and rain.

In 1980, under the arrangement of my father, I began to learn mold making. Under the instruction of my master, I studied diligently and studied with great concentration. Two years later, I went to work in Mazhu. After continuous accumulation, I mastered the first-hand mold making technology that was still excellent at that time.

At the beginning of 1989, we bought and moved into the 1200-square-meter old health center built in the 1960 s in Ningfeng Village, Changhe Town. At the beginning of 1990, the enterprise and Xingzhi Vocational High School moved into the original school-run enterprise on the east side of Zhangjia South Road, renamed Cixi Tool Electric Distribution Factory, and a year later renamed Cixi Wanjia Electric Appliance Factory, making the company enter the initial stage of rapid development. During the period, it not only made a certain contribution to the school's education, but also made further accumulation for the development of the enterprise itself. In the second half of 1985, under the planning of his father, the family began to start a business and set up Changhe Town Xinsheng Plastic Hardware Factory. Due to lack of manpower and resources, my family all hoped that I could come back to start a business together, so I ended my four-year career as a mold worker and returned home. In the old residential bungalow in Xianjiang Village, I started a business process similar to many Chinese family workshops. In the early stage of starting a business, because of my father's correct planning and control, my excellent mold technology and my brother's marketing talent laid a solid foundation for our initial development, so we won the first pot of gold since we started our business.

leapfrog development in reform and opening up

1992 is a year of special significance for China's private enterprises. Deng Xiaoping, the chief designer of reform and opening up, made a speech on his southern tour like a spring thunder, bringing spring to China's private enterprises. We are no exception. Under the guidance of the idea that "development is the last word", we are more optimistic about the future of the enterprise without ideological constraints. At the end of the same year, the company bought nearly 6 acres of land on the west side of Zhangjia South Road and built a factory building of nearly 5000 square meters, which further expanded the scale of the company.

December 7, 1995 is a memorable day. On this day, Ningbo Wanjia Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. was established on the basis of Cixi Wanjia Electric Appliance Factory. Formally entered the air conditioning four-way valve coil R & D and production, has become the first domestic can replace the imported coil for air conditioning four-way valve matching manufacturers, opened the prelude to the localization of four-way valve coil. On March 28, 1998, Ningbo Tongbao Thermostat Co., Ltd. invested by the company was also established, and the production of thermostats was started. At the end of the same year, Ningbo Yiri Pneumatic Co., Ltd. was established. At this time, the company has been advancing simultaneously in several fields such as injection molding, stamping, coil and thermostat manufacturing, and pneumatic components.

"The general trend of the world will be divided for a long time." The company also faced such a choice at the end of 1999. Through the joint negotiation between my father and our brother, we ended nearly 15 years of joint entrepreneurship and carried out a peaceful separation. My younger brother moved the factory to the suburbs of Cixi, while I bought the old factory of the original village-run enterprise of the Ninth Brigade for reconstruction. In January 2000, our brothers officially began their respective development.

The rapid growth of integrity management

In 2005, the air-conditioning industry entered a stage of rapid development. Domestic and international demand increased sharply, and the company's orders also increased explosively. The newly-built factory area could not meet the production demand. The company once again opened the old factory area of the 9th brigade and renovated and expanded the new factory area by 6000 square meters, doubling the production capacity of the four-way valve coil. Two years later, the company bought an old factory area of nearly 30 mu at 388 Ningfeng North Road in the industrial zone, and built a factory building of more than 10000 square meters on the land. In 2010, the company completed the relocation of Ningbo Tongbao, and the company entered a stage of rapid growth. After the enterprise is operated separately, I focus on team building and internal management, and position the main business in the development and production of four-way valve coils. With excellent product quality and price advantages, adhering to the guiding ideology of integrity management, the company quickly became the designated supplier of Japanese enterprises and domestic first-class enterprises, and its products successfully entered the Japanese market. With the expansion of market share and the increase of demand, the company's existing plant can no longer meet the production demand, so the company invested nearly 10 million yuan to purchase more than 20 mu of land in Changhe Town Industrial Park and plan to build more than 12000 square meters of new plant. After more than a year of construction, the company officially settled in the new factory in October 2003. At the same time, the layout of the three branch factories of coil, injection molding and stamping was completed. The organizational structure of the company was further improved, and the software and hardware of the enterprise were improved again. During this period, the company's products are in short supply due to the high recognition of customers.

Resources integration to seek a breakthrough

The last fifteen years of the company's operation can be described as fifteen years of steady development and healthy growth; fifteen years of gradual progress towards standardization and standardization; fifteen years of continuous improvement in internal management and team building. However, Ju'an must be prepared for danger. In order to seek new growth points, the company has accumulated many years of experience in the field of four-way valve coils and seeks to expand to surrounding industries. The company has set up a new product workshop and started to develop other commercial, hydraulic, automotive and various automation supporting coils. Through the joint efforts of everyone, it has now occupied a place in products in many fields. Especially with the United States Parker company cooperation, is to let us see the future direction of the coil industry development and confidence. The company's electronic expansion valve coil has also completed the accumulation of technology and equipment reserves, the soldiers are ready to go.

In order to further integrate resources, optimize structure and improve management, the company expanded a new factory area of more than 13000 square meters in the industrial park in 2014. In October 2015, the two coil factories and new product workshops were all moved into the new factory area and the coil division was formally established. The lean production model with high starting point, high standards and high requirements is fully implemented, and the company is making steady progress towards the goal of benchmarking the industry.

A hundred years to give back to society

"When a man is thirty years old, his karma will be great in a hundred years". Today, standing on the node of the company's 30 years of establishment, looking back on the years passed, I can't forget the sweat and hardships on the way to start a business, and I can't forget the pain and fatigue on the way to start a business. Countless wind and rain, several spring and autumn, based on a dream ambition, based on a cavity of drive. Along the way, the operation of the enterprise has been basically smooth. The so-called "getting the right time and the right place to gather people and finally become a great cause"-enjoying the policy dividend of reform and opening up is the right time. Based on the hot land of entrepreneurship, the Yangtze River Delta should be in the right place. Having a team that is in the same boat with the company is called a human harmony.
